I like this funding agreement, look at the price 'the fund' will be buying their future shares at $1, $1.50. Anytime within the next 3 yrs of course.
But if you look at the oppies now thats a 7-8 bagger. And I'm sure those are on the conservative side considering the commercial nature of the deal.
If my oppies are worth 1.30 odd within 3 yrs well I'd be happy with that.
Lets aim for 1 or two though- totally feasible as well.
