ASX need to get very tough of this type of behaviour on the part of Directors.
Bet there has been no non refundable"hurt money" put up by this phantom buyer.
8 weeks suspension and oil has jumped substantially. What do we have other than our money locked up.
You betcha they will keep getting their fees. Destroy a company and still get paid. Helluva deal.
