looking foward to seeing what the forensics accountants valuation of the account of profits from the increase in the value in jack hills project is.looking foward to recieving our 24% of this amount,which will be substantial.this was exactly what chm asked the judge for if they couldnt get awarded a direct interest in the project.market will wake up to this soon,it is obviously very confused with judges ruling and mmxs misleadin statemnt in regard to what account of profits actually means.(includes capital gain on value of tenements,which is sustantial).topped up at 1.3cents this morn,just the money owed by grimaldi is worth this per share,let alone the 24% coming our way!
