well if anyone has any doubts, 3 days ago Allomak had the following heading in their shareholder review:
"Allomak is an expert operator and acquirer of strong industrial brand businesses". A lot can happen in 3 days!!!
Unless they get things sorted out quick I can't see how they can pay the dividend. My guess is that they have to wind up any loss making businesses and cut corporate overheads right now. At the end of this month the first principal repayment is due on their bank bills (see annual report note 29).
