No not saying that. Just saying I am very very concerned about their ability over the short term to fund legally due liabilities including the dividend which is about $2.8 million, and the principal payment for the bank bills for this quarter of about $875,000, when at end of year (30 June 2008)they only had about $3.5 mill cash at bank and they seem to be burning through cash in the current market with loss making divisions and setting up Allo Air which has cost half a mill already. How are they going to fund these liabilities??? Where is the cash going to come from??? I would imagine that they were heavily reliant upon the approx $4.9 mill receivable to support their working capital situation. However that looks like it could be written off i.e. they aint going to see that cash. That is a huge blow. I suspect AMA's future may be very much up to their bankers attitude. As someone has pointed out they will struggle to raise equity funding in this market and raising funds at this price will be so highly dilutive. Going forward how are they going to make money as the Australian economy worsens?? Happy to discuss alternative veiws.
