It appears to me that a broker is feeding stock onto the market to liquidate a previously accumulated position. I have been watching trading carefully, in particular at the open and closing auctions. This may be the reason the stock has not advanced as one would expect. Never mind as far as I am concerned as the value proposition is fairly clear.
