It is not normal for a Chairman to resign and leave the same day. One has to ask why? Also it is a good idea to check ASIC's web site for the joint venture company - Taskalhart Pty Ltd. I have, it's non existent. The US do not use Pty Ltd - more info is required on what they are doing and with whom and where - persons as well as the company details. People make businesses.
