I have to reiterate my previous post. Since March AEJ has recieved over $9.5m in cash. Its operations were shut for about a month and a half and it has been granted Free Carbon tax credits to what value I don't know.

There is a dispute with the state government which has not yet been resolved and the negotiations with the lenders continue to creep forward each month.

I suppose the positive is that the lenders are still talking and haven't walked away as yet.
