Obviously, if the halt remains - I'll bet they'll place the announcement at 9:42am. Mind you, that assumes that the announcement says that D&C never contemplated stumping up the cash and they conceded defeat and walk away with thier tails between their legs.
My alternatie theory that gets the SP to over $2.00 is that we have settled with D&C for scrip of around $20m and that the Russians or the Chinese have launched an off-market takeover for somewhere close to that.
