Interesting this one is trying to bounce.
They want to raise 12 mil at .20 after a 17 to 1 consolidation.
Given the share price now (.01) that's a discount on the current price.
.01 x 17 gives .17 cent share price, and the company is cap raising at .20
Is it just me or can anyone else see this?
That's a 3 cent discount or say 15% discount.
