My terminology was probably incorrect - they would not have lost total control as their contracts would have performance hurdles but Ithink they would only enforce them as a last resort.
My point is that they are not across the rate of advancement. I hope I am completely wrong here but the lack of specific reporting on this deal leads me to consider that I may at least be partially right.
