Has the dumper (probably ANZ) ran out of shares yet.
They have sold a lot of shares over the past couple of days but they have been soaked up pretty quickly.
Hopefully the sp will creep up as an announcement looms.
Still only 3 or 4 cents above cash backing so a lot of upside potential and minimal downside risk.
