What would be nice is to see Mr Kempton or Mr Seymour announcing big buying announcements - I always like to see management putting their money & reputation on the line too. I am a bit surprised that we haven't seen any Form 604's lodged showing any of the existing major shareholders haven't bulked up during this meltdown. For that matter I am also surprised that no new substantial shareholders have emerged, I would have thought with Watpac's forward order book & great client base that another construction company would't take the opportunity to secure a strategic stake.
