From experience investing in storage is dead money and mainly to enable continuity of supply due to production downtime or transport delays. Ideally the oil is stored in the ground which is free and storage covers the timing between deliveries. The tanks will allow about 5 days buffer and support consistent production rate from the two wells. (ie. assuming Louise is a success and using the same tanks)
