If you are into charts then there is a quadruple bottom (a Kim Kardashian) on the candlesticks exactly at 38 cents going back to 6th Oct from where we launched to 53 cent high.
Technical analysis is based mainly on closing prices and removes panic , emotional trades.
I'm adding here based on chart and nothing fundamentally has changed...unless there is a big "insider" out there.
