Completely agree. Anti bacterial products in the domestic environment shouldn't be used everyday only in the case of illness etc.
In hospitals, food processing areas etc it's completely different there is a high risk that contamination could have serious consequences.
I would have been happy to see ZNO concentrating on commercial & industrial applications rather than retail where the margins are smaller & the costs in achieving significant sales volumes are high. At least by using distributors in overseas markets outside Aust / NZ they are reducing the costs for the company.
