When Goldsearch relisted as Zoono, do you know whether the old Board was retained? I don't know whether this was a merger, a takeover, or simply a re-naming. Any thoughts??? I have an unmarketable parcel of these shares, and don't know whether to take advantage of the current facility to sell them, or whether to buy more shares to make the total marketable.
