Below is a link I posted on another thread earlier today, I can't see LRL involved, the Barrick assets suit a mid-tier producer with a lot more cash. LRL-gold will likely be an explorer with less than 3m and will have to look at farmouts imo, such a vehicle would offer a lot of upside to punters
