sorry early but it does make sense and it may still not be that long, it would be a bad idea to start it though and then run out of ore, what do you do with the workforce. what happens with moo ore after stage 1 is moo's problem not spm's and its up to moo directors to solve that,they had opportunity to buy the mill if they could have raised the funds.
