(d) Bligh or any of its Subsidiaries: (i) issuing shares (other than Bligh Shares issued as a result of the exercise of Bligh Options);
(i) the appointment of a liquidator or provisional liquidator of Bligh or any of its Subsidiaries;
(m) the appointment of a receiver, receiver and manager, other controller (as defined in the Corporations Act) or similar official in relation to the whole, or a substantial part, of the property of Bligh or any of its Subsidiaries.
OR is it positive; Sale of assets for better offer (maybe if SAR have come back to the party?)

(f) Bligh or any of its Subsidiaries disposing or agreeing to dispose, of the whole, or a substantial part, of its business or property;
I would have thought we should know what it is before Zeta say that a condition has not been fulfilled. How to make a decision when the outcome could swing so far one way or the other? depending on whether this is negative or positive for remaining holders.
