I think market wants to SEE this annuity cash flow in another half year report. My take is eps will be down because of the extra interest payments. Mind you assets will be up. This may end up being the slowest moving ship ever. I actually am confused it fell on last half yearly
it could end up taking years to prove the BOO cash flows. But if it works and they keep signing new contracts then this has a huge upside. Maybe the market thinks it is too simple and too boring?
