This share price wont move until there is cash coming in the door, or at least some contract that deliver the cash.
Overall this is a decent announcement, even if we make 10% of the promised on this on it pushes the share price back into the 10c range.
The next announcement will be a cash raising exercise unless we get some money back from Frank or a cash inject from a Offtake agreement.
