is glencore also a major shareholder of ironbark?

what was the nature of the glencore financing deal with ironbark? i.e. was ironbark's finance to production funded 100% by debt from Glencore? or was there a simultaneous (discounted?) cap raising from other investors?

wonder when we'll hear something from ytc? i spoke with them at the riu resources conference about 5 weeks ago and they suggested that a "decision" would be made in 6 to 8 weeks ...
