Squire I fail to see how you calculate 16 cents or even 15 cents for that matter unless you are guessing based on world economies falling over.
Those who know Rimas will tell you he is a decent guy and understands shareholder viewpoints (yes he does read here) and he even knows there are many punters second guessing that the market is waiting for the cap raising to undermine prices.
There is a rumour and I won't elaborate, that finance is delayed because of getting due diligence in order and will be 100% arranged without a CR. Can't say anymore, except that I am a buyer at current prices.
