Honestly I'm not sure but it could potentially be do-able.

If you have a look at Choco treasure, they only needed 12 g to make an "egg" like form so 9g could potentially incorporate a thinner, smaller and lighter material with the same capsule design. So my guess would be a similar capsule to kinder surprise with the same design concept as the yowie capsules.
