    Ore from surface plus targeting higher grade zones (which appear in strips, according to the announcement) could make this feasible. Pretty sure the spot price for Vanadium is a little higher than coal. All we need now is a Prime Minister who carries a lump of Vanadium into parliament instead of the f-wit we ended up with.
