    The plot thickens so to speak with APEX cancelling the MOU sale of Wiluna, due to no more cash from 'Everprosperity'.

    However APEX clearly state they still want to complete either a restructure or change of ownership.

    Now if they had clearly stated they did not want to sell due to improving cash flows, I might believe they have have a chance at survival.

    Perhaps John Gutnik at BLK has had a word to them, BLK have $13 million in available funding... enough to pay of the debt collectors.

    I wonder if BLK will T/O APEX. Pretty sure we don't need to offer much of a premium. In some ways that would clear the decks so to speak, clearly those working at Wiluna plant have improved things somewhat...

    I think the other issue that has not been talked about here is the terrible gold price. Even if APEX was able to make a little money last month, the price down $150-200 which I assume means they are again loss making?

    I wish I knew just how much lower production costs could be if BLK ore was in the plant as well...

    All just speculation on my part.
