Ann: Youanmi Gold Mine Update, page-4

I read the ann as saying they have obtained an extention of the time to completion of the outright purchase of the Gold project while they looked at financing plans available to them. These could include borrowings, a CR from shareholders or high net worth individuals, or a JV to take the gold forward - there could be others too of course.

I read it in the light that this is a very tightly held company, and with a commited shareholder group but also that the Vanadium - which seems to me to be an outstanding deposit - will probably take front and center in their planning.

We need a Scoping Study and/or a Feasibility Study on the Vanadium as urgency this next half year, and we should see some SP movement as these things come to the fore. But IMO this is not going to be a 3 bag wonder, rather a very profitable company going forward.

Here is a link discussing V price movements, and the embeded link to ASX V stocks suggest an opex of 4 to 5 USD per pound for those with an established project. I see no reason VMC cannot match that and if V sells in the $10 to $20 range those companies are in good shape and the demand for the metal should be huge.

And latest news is that China is looking to put V flow batteries in EVs - the problem they see with Li Ion is that in very cold climates the range is reduced substantially.  BMW already has.  All to do their own DD.
