There is a real shift in focus for this company from a mortgage house to a 'Wealth Management' company. Perhaps they have realised they are not going to be competitive in mortgages and so are diversifying.
If this is the case then they have set themselves back about 3 - 4 years. They were just breaking even with the mortgage broking, to generate profits from wealth management will take some time.
