read past announcements you would find that this company has the funding facility option with Kengrove. I think by memory they can issue new shares to this company 10% off the current market price and up to the value of 20 million? I also think by memory they have only used this once or twice, so they haven't tapped into all that much.

I think it is a great option, as although the company made a small profit last time, it is good to have that peace of mind in terms of finance. Very little chance the company will go bust and there are not that many shares on issues.
