    If that is the one being tendered Wikipedia is showing the cost at $49,000 (US??) each. If you allowed $100,000 per unit that would put the tender at 7 million plus. I must be missing something if the trial units were 7 million. They must be value adding a lot of technology to it or a nice healthy margin!
