    Doubt US military would have handed them development cash bigane if they weren't serious. Who ever they partner with will almost certainly cover the bases you mentioned. This company is hard enough to buy into now even with the i's not dotted and the t's not crossed. Also, how can anyone call this company boring with a 6-9 month horizon for game changing results?
