Breakthrough announcement, gets us out of the deadlock of waiting for delays in current jvs (albeit minor ones), and takes the focus away from the miserable dealings with the Singapore saga.

Time to get some operations going, and create new value. 

Of course, the current value ascribed to the potential of Singapore settlement and alvares flowing this year is next to nothing. Should either of these events play out positively, we could be many many times current market cap imo. Based on release and mention of funding new activities, my thoughts are that the company is confident they will be receiving some cash through the courts.
