Well in 2018 the top 20 only held 34%.
There has been no change in sub holders of any significance, so i would think that 34% may have dropped.
I have noticed over the past few weeks that a tiny buy is placed to bring the price up.
From my experience, this type of play is usually followed by new lows. Given the lack of buyer support i can see 1.3 cents easily being hit.
