Very good deal for SFR and WRM. Given WRM has JORC resources over 9 million tons at 13% zinc equivalent (very high grade), IMHO this deal could easily double amount of resources. I cannot believe WRM is only $8 million company. Why don't SFR just buy the entire WRM now and get a bargain rather than spending $20m to get 51% of WRM's main project ($8 million market cap)? I'm excited about our Black Butts high grade copper which we purchased at USD 3c per pound. What a bargain. Now SFR is getting another bargain at WRM.
