In Sarawak Malaysia just a hop, skip and a jump away the smelters are paying US$0.03/KWh and have 20 year fixed price contacts with increases so that in 20 years time the price of power will only be at 178sen US$0.04c/KWh. The price is currently 138 sen/KWh = US$0.03c/KWh

Kupang will be US$0.09/KWh absolute minimum even with a huge discount and this is already triple the price paid by smelters in Sarawak producing one million tonnes of ferro alloys pa.
I do agree that Mn grade in Indonesia is high, BUT GMC doesn't own any mines or any resources and will rely on others to produce it, do you really think these producers will sell to GMC Manganese ore at less than the commercial market price. Basically once you get those 50 year old smelters on site the Mn ore suppliers will have you by the short and curly.
