RG - I am in Phuket on holiday and only have my Mac. My charting software is only PC compatible, so I can't really assess from here. But having said that; I must admit when I was looking for something to short on Friday's rally I had a look at the WOR chart, and decided that it was not looking like a shortable candidate.

Friday's rally in the US across the board saw a nice bounce in many stocks, but my opinion is that this is normal on good jobs numbers. Reality of that usually sets in a day or 2 later and the market starts worrying about interest rate rises and strong US$, and then we go back to 'risk off'. Strong US$ is bad for commodities, so I expect this euphoria to be short lived.

I would expect Monday is a good day to short some selected stocks on a short-term basis. At this stage I would be looking at BHP and the likes. I usually do a limit vwap short-sell to benefit from any spikes and depending on the start either limit that to the opening 2 hours or the closing 2 hours.

BHP as an example has been a great trade for shorting in the morning and buying back in the afternoon for the last week or so.
