I did buy a few at $14.31.
However, I was wary because I suspected that we would end up in the position that we have now reached, which is that the retail entitlement will likely close with the underwriters having to take up a large retail shortfall. That will create an overhang of stock, which may see the SP suppressed for a while. Another consideration is that I already have largish holding in WOR.
If the entitlement shares had stayed well in the money it was a no-brainer to take up the shares and then decide what to do with them, but that is not the where we are.
