The concept of forum is clearly a struggle for a large numbers of posters. Just get rid of the disclosure feature and a lot of the "us and them nonsense" will fall away. I disregard it anyway, which sees me nearly always "not held" even if holding. Clearly the feature was not deemed important enough that it need be included on the mobile website. So be done with it (and save holders and non-holders a lot of grief).
