The more I look at this the more I find it attractive as a proposition also. At 2.5mt per year they could produce 250-280kt of zinc/lead every year for a 20 year LOM.
Capex for the plant would be cheap for those grades assuming simple flotation to produce a 50% zn/pb concentrate.
Most Capex would be the u/g development but once at depth the operating costs would low on a continuous lode.
