    Good summary, FSM8,

    Just a comment on FCF. I suspect that WPL may bank it as they look forward to increased CAPEX with Pluto 2, inter-connector, Scarborough Browse and SNE. Having some money in the bank to draw down in the future will be much better than an additional equity raising or increasing debt.
