Serious question - why are you trying to sound superior? You obviously think your awkward and overly-formal use of the written word makes you look clever and well-educated (it doesn't). In reality you seem supercilious and self-important! (... yeh, yeh we all know about Ardea)

Anyway, why would I contact Wayne with a general question about company law? What a ridiculous piece of advice! I contact the company about company-specific issues. For more general questions I raise it with the hotcopper brainstrust and/or conduct my own research.
