The only problem might be that $100M is a bit on the small side for the major banks, If so there are plenty of mid-tier finance houses that will be happy to become associated with this RMB generator. It might cost a few extra basis points in Interest, but seeing as pay-back will be a couple of years at most, I for one won't be loosing any sleep over it.
