Yes.......the numbers are stacking up as rather compelling, but until dfs is delivered in about six months and we have a good idea on off takes and capacity of said OT's.....you just never know, but I'm liking what I've seen so far......

I think this is a good project and looking likely to come online just as demand is really ramping up......the fact they're focused on concentrate is one main factor that I'm excited about.....keeping it 'simple' is always a good place to start, and can quickly drive significant value imo......
