Redbank Copper Ltd (RCP) has received notification from Hartz Range Mines Pty Ltd and Gulf Mines
Limited purporting to terminate the Joint Venture Agreement entered into between RCP, Redbank
Operations Pty Ltd, Hartz Range Mines Pty Ltd and Gulf Mines Limited relating to EL10335 on or
about 26 July 2011.
RCP has disputed the rights of Hartz Range Mines Pty Ltd and Gulf Mines Limited to terminate the
Joint Venture Agreement.
RCP is currently in negotiations with representatives of Hartz Range Mines Pty Ltd and Gulf Mines
Limited with a view to resolving the dispute and will keep the market informed as matters progress.
