So I assume you're referring to the 70s/80s Mt. Carbine operation that was shut down in 1986. This plant was built by R.B.Mining (which Mr. Sevenson was a director of, as well as of Qeensland Wolfram, the operator of the mine) and incorporated the first ore sorting technology put into operation in Australia. I'm not sure what problems Mr. Sevenson refers to when he mentions a sampling plant and metal balances. Do you know what exactly the problem was?
