re: Ann: Wolf Minerals to commence constructi... I read it differently. He said GR was doing a great job and the two most recently built plants perform wonderfully. The fact that tungsten plants elsewhere don't work to specs isn't GR's fault. I think we can expect them to finish the job on time. As far as I recall it was a fixed price so no way to exceed budgets anyway.
