Thanks for responding x2 Blythefan. You have addressed my questions too.
The holy grail in the Bryah basin for AUR, Bryah Res, SFR, IGO/ALY, SFR/TLM, THX and HOR is vhms cu/au, and because of the richness of the mineralisation I guess. However, it does host other types of mineralisation eg the Fortnum/Labouchere gold, the vanadium that AUR uncovered at Citra and an indication of MVT by SFR near Mt Robinson - iron too.
It seems too that the Narracoota Volcanics/ aka Formation in association with Ravelstone, Karalundi etc is the place to look for VHMS.
We know of 4 vhms cu deposits so far - acc to published authors - Horseshoe Lights, DeGrussa/Conductors, Red Bore and Monty. The 1st 2 mentioned were of a size etc so as to support a mine each, but Red B is too small for that and Monty, if the only one found, probably would not be exploited without the presence of a nearby mine (DeG) .
So, should the (expensive) pursuit of (difficult-to-find) vhms by explorers be all that is on their minds? It's the go-to thing of course, but explorers should not be blinded to other things, especially as the nature of the mineralisation unfolds as the exploration goes beyond the preliminary stuff? ie soil sampling, surface geochem, mapping, costeaning, aircore drilling, sub surface geochem etc.
I can now see what you are saying, even tho the lingo you use is not normal lay- speak.
So let's advance to the present. DHEM of DD1 should have been done over the weekend, Conductor/s found? We'll soon find out. Another diamond drill hole this week? Once again, we'll soo find out. Then there will be visuals from those cores if drilled, then assays to come from DD1 and DD2 (if it happens).
And this too - the uplifting of the TH this AM and the learning of the cap raising details.
