It's public info. The adjustments meant that RNI retained Forrest-W-BB but gave MLX the gold rights as part of the deal. It's there in the anns to suss this out. So, it's a 2015 agreement that has given MLX/WGX this right.

3. WGX was the gold part of MLX that was demerged late last year, so the F-W-BB gold right was assigned to WGX.

4. My earlier post postulated that RNI and WGX are already connected because of that, and that the relationship will blossom.

Oops, the 'WGR and Gold Rights' component of my recent post was vague. I intended to invite comment on whether the gold rights assigned to WGX may protect or enrich that relationship. As Shady has informed (Thx!), this applies to F-W-BB.
