By now the App 3B for the underwritten shares should have issued, especially given the news in last Friday's Notice of the AGM where it said this (see below) on page 25. It's clearly stated that all shares issued last Friday, and also that the relevant App 3B did as well. Something is wrong. Either the info in the AGM Notice is false and all shares have not been paid for and issued or it is correct and HQ is not functioning properly.

Seeing that the website is not current as re ASX announcements (again) then maybe HQ is just being slack. Let's hope that it is just that, and not a false and misleading public document.

Anyway, it's a bad look for a company to not have an up-to-date website. It might not be important so some people, but it is to people like me. It's the public's window to the company. If the simple things like that can't be done correctly, then it's a potential turn-off for both shareholders and interested investors. It's an indicator of poor governance.

I'm starting to lose confidence in this mob I'm sorry to say. I have now changed my sentiment from 'buy' to 'hold'.
